Never done structured strength and conditioning training before? No problem. Most new members will start here, our 12 class On-Ramp program that meets 3 nights a week. We’ll cover nutrition, exercise technique, and pace/scaling for workout intensity. The number of participants in this class is limited so you get personalized instruction on technique. During each class, one of our coaches will go over 2-3 exercises and teach you the proper form you need to perform each movement correctly. After learning these exercises you will perform a workout using your new skills. Our staff at The Shipyard Strength and Conditioning believes that results are dependent on proper biomechanics and training. We will help you develop awareness of your body so that you know how to move correctly and safely. After completing the one-month OnRamp programming, you will have the tools, knowledge, and mindset to take part in scheduled classes. Classes run Mon/Wed/Fri evenings, 6:30-7:30pm.
